AUBURNDALE - Lloyd U. Emelle of Auburndale passed away from cancer Thursday, February 22, 2007 at Good Shepherd Hospice Residents Center in Auburndale.  He was 52. 

A native of Nigeria, Lloyd moved here one month ago from Houston, Texas.  Lloyd was a cable TV technician.  His son survives Lloyd:  Lloyd Toby Emelle, Jr. of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; his daughter:  Teresa Emelle of Houston; his brother and his wife:  Frank and Nnenna Emelle of Auburndale; his stepmother:  Eunice Emelle of Maryland; and four other brothers; and four sisters. 

Visitation will be held Saturday, March 10, 2007 from 9 to 11 AM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven.  Funeral services will follow at 11 AM at the funeral home chapel.  Interment will follow at Auburndale Memorial Park.  Condolences to:  www.oakridgefuneralcare.com.
