DAVENPORT - Elaine Warren, 86, of Davenport, Florida passed away on January 28, 2012 in Haines City, Florida.

Elaine was born on February 5, 1925 in Salt Lake City, Utah to James and Inez Thomas Powell and moved to Davenport in 1997 from California. While out in California she worked as a manager for a toy store. Elaine was a member of Citrus Ridge Church of the Latter Day Saints in Davenport where she was extremely active, she also loved to read and take care of her family especially her grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Norman Warren and is survived by her children, Christine Warren of Davenport and John and Stephanie Warren of Davenport; sisters, Kathryn Moody of San Diego, CA, Beverly Adams of Provost, UT; 7 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 2, 2012 from 2:30 - 3:00 pm with the service to follow at 3 pm at Citrus Ridge Church of the Latter Day Saints in Davenport. Final resting place will be at Florida National Cemetery on Friday at 10am.
