KHALIS, IRAQ - Sgt. Keith Adam Coe passed away Tuesday, April 27, 2010 from wounds suffered when enemy forces attacked his unit with an explosive device.  He was 30 years old.   

A native of Fulton, NY, Keith moved to Florida and graduated from Lake Region High School in 2000.  He enlisted in the US Army, and was in the Battery C, 1st. Battalion, 37th. Field Artillary Regiment, 3rd. Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington.  After three years, he earned the rank of Sergeant. 

Keith is preceded in death by: his father, Nelson Coe and grandfather, Ronald Shrauger.  

Keith is survived by his wife Katrina Coe of Washington; his sons:  Keith A. Coe, Jr. and Killian Coe, his daughters: Klover Coe and Ava Wolffe; his  mother, Rhonda L. Smith of Winter Haven; his brother Matt Coe of  Riverview, FL; his sisters, Sabrina Bundy of Lakeland, FL and Nicole Coe of Fulton, NY; his grandparents, Dawn (Stanley) Jones of Winter Haven, Ruth Coe (David) of Fulton, NY, and Ruth Shrauger of Ocala, FL; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2010 at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Oak Ridge Funeral Care, 2425 Havendale Blvd., Winter Haven.  Condolences may be sent at www.oakridgefuneralcare.com.
