DAVENPORT - Louisa "Penny" Pennacchia, age 87 of Davenport, Fl. cherished wife, partner, and best friend of Rudy Pennacchia for 67 years passed away on Saturday, March 27, 2010. 

In addition to her husband she is survived by her daughter, Sylvia Scarangella and her husband Gene; her grandchildren Gino Scarangella and his wife Jen, and Michele Scarangella; as well as her great-grandchildren, Dominic, Julia, and Louisa Scarangella. 

Born in Woonsocket, RI, the daughter of Joseph and Eva Rago, she lived in Rye, NY until she and Rudy moved to Davenport 21 years ago.  Penny loved playing bingo and cards, decorating her home as well as being a avid reader, but most of all she loved her family.  Her beautiful smile and infectious laugh lit up our world.  She will be deeply missed.
