WINTER HAVEN, FL – Marlene Esther Cole of Winter Haven, passed away Tuesday, March 30, 2010 from respiratory failure at the Winter Haven Hospital.  She was 77.  A native of Niagara Falls, New York, born June 29, 1932, Marlene moved her 40 years ago.  She was an Underwriter for State Farm Insurance for almost 30 years, and she was a member of the Turning Point Worship Center in Bartow. 

Marlene was predeceased by her husband of 55 years:  Bobbie L. Cole, her sons:  Randy & Gary Cole, her daughter:  Denise Cole, and a great-granddaughter, Ashlee Harvey.  She is survived by her son:  William Cole (Janice) of Winter Haven; a step-brother: David Green of Long Island, NY, her grandchildren:  Stacy Cole, Toby Cole, Becky Harvey, Kendi Harvey, Sara Cole, and several great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday from 6 to 8 PM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Winter Haven.  Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Saturday from the funeral home chapel.  Interment will follow at Auburndale Memorial Park.  Condolences to the family can be sent to:  www.oakridgefuneralcare.com.
