EAGLE LAKE - Loving wife, mother and granny, Dorothy Jean Todd passed away the morning of Thursday, January 28, 2010.  Dorothy was battling cancer. 

Born December 19, 1945 in Winter Haven, FL.  Lifelong resident of Eagle Lake, Dorothy retired from Bordo Citrus in 1984 as a supervisor.  She attended First Baptist Church of Eagle Lake. 

Preceded in death by her mother, Myrtice Varnes, her father Preston Warren, and brother Lamar Warren. 

She is survived by husband Leon Todd, daughter Tammy and husband Cary Meadows of Eagle Lake, grandchildren Chad (Caitlin) and Crystal Meadows, brother Ronald (Joann) Warren of Eagle Lake, and their children Todd Warren and Teresa Thompson, sister Evon (John) Jouppi of Winter Haven and their children Johnny and Chrissy Richards, and sisters Mary Catherine Christianson, Vickie Ramirez and Clara Trawick, nephews Danny and Sam Warren, and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. 

The viewing will be Sunday, January 31st from 6 to 8 PM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Winter Haven.  Funeral services will be Monday, February 1st, 12:00 noon at the first Baptist Church of Eagle Lake.  Interment will follow at Lakeside Memorial Park.  Condolences to the family can be sent to: www.oakridgefuneralcare.com.
