HAINES CITY - Beverly A. (Grammie) Griggs, age 68 of Haines City, Florida passed away Thursday (12/31/09) at her home from cancer.

Beverly Griggs was born in Hartford, Ct. and moved here to Haines City from Ct. She was a home maker and a member of First Baptist Church in Davenport,  Fl.

She is survived by her husband Charles A. Griggs; Step-son Paul Griggs of Haines City, Daughter Deborah Russo of Ct; Step Daughter, Charlyn Moore of Haines City, Fl. 5 Brothers, Michael Hackbarth, Tommy Polzun, Harry Trebow, Willie Polzun, and John Polzun, 8 Grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. 

Services will be 11 AM. Tuesday  (1/5/2010) at First Baptist Church of Davenport. Interment to follow at Forest Hill Cemetery, Haines City.
