HAINES CITY - Paul Francis Baniszewski, age 74 of Haines City, Fl. passed away January 14, 2010 at the Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center from respiratory failure.

He was a retired Police Officer for the City of Erie, Pennsylvania.  

He is survived by his Daughter, Dr. Jena Rae Formella (Dr. Richard J. Formella) of Brunswick, Georgia; his son, Matthew F Baniszewski of Johnstown Pa; his grandson Gregory M. Formella of Woodbridge, Virginia; his brother Stanley Baniszewski (Ada Baniszewski) of Northglenn, Colorado; sisters, Theresa Baniszewski and Phyillis Baniszewski both of Erie, Pennsylvania.

He was preceded in death by his father Frank Baniszewski and his mother Stella Baniszewski of Erie, Pennsylvania.
