WINTER HAVEN - Lisa Neumann Martin, 42, of Winter Haven died Monday, January 25, 2010 at the Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center in Haines City after losing her battle with congestive heart failure. 

Born September 19, 1967 in Auburndale, FL she has been a lifelong resident of the area and a member of the Heartland Community Church in Winter Haven.  

Preceded in death by: her father, Frank Neumann and step-father, David Avsec.  She is survived by: a daughter, Bree Martin of Winter Haven; her mother, Patricia Avsec of Winter Haven; 2 brothers, Larry Trent Neumann of Mulberry, FL and Kirk Neumann of Bartow, FL; and her longtime companion, Fred Snively of Winter Haven. 

The family will receive friends from 5:00pm till 6:00pm Friday, January 29, 2010 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, 2425 Havendale Blvd., Winter Haven.  A Memorial Service will follow at 6:00pm.
