WINTER HAVEN - James Daniel Trefz, 45, of Winter Haven, FL died Thursday, February 25, 2010 in Winter Haven due to an airplane accident. 

Born March 1, 1964 in Indianapolis, IN , he moved to Winter Haven in 2007 from Long Island, NY.  He was self-employed and was a member of High Point Church in Lake Wales, FL. 

James is survived by: his mother, Beverly Sinkin of New York; his father, Larry Trefz of Stuart, FL; his partner, Erika Wilke of Winter Haven, FL; his son, James Trefz of New York; his daughter, Allison Trefz of Winter Haven; a brother, David Trefz of Port Saint Lucie, FL; and a sister, Andrea Sinkin of New York.
