LAKE WALES, FLORIDA - Thomas Michael Denmark of Lake Wales, Florida, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2010, at his fathers home. He was 52.
Born July 9, 1957, in Haines City, Florida, to Thomas Wayne Denmark and Betty Gerlene Brannen Denmark, he was a lifelong resident of the area, apart from a time when he lived in California and learned to hang drywall. He had a degree in Wastewater Management, he was a Tile Setter in the construction industry, and also worked in the Citrus Industry. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He loved to fish and hunt.
He is survived by sons, Michael Brian Denmark and Joseph Giardina; daughter, Amy Giardina; brother, Randall Wayne Denmark of Lake Wales; sisters, Sheila A. Black of Lake Wales, Cheryl Jean Branca of Dundee, Melanie Jeanine Parker of Valdosta, Georgia and uncle, James Robert Denmark; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 25, 2010, at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City, with Bishop Rick Dicks and Bishop Ronnie Spears, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints officiating. Final resting place will be at Forest Hill Cemetery, Haines City, Florida.
