Maryland Regina Premo

 

HAINES CITY - Maryland Regina Premo, 94, of Hampton Court, Haines City, FL, passed away peacefully Saturday (February 6, 2010) at the Good Shepherd Hospice, Auburndale, FL, after a brief illness.  

Born July 10, 1915, in Louisville, NY, she was the daughter of the late John A. "Sandy" and Caroline M. Doud Premo.  She was raised in the Massena, NY, area. 

She worked primarily for the State of New Jersey as a secretary/bookkeeper until moving to Florida in 1977 where she eventually retired.  She loved life and was a former member of the St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Winter Haven, FL.   

She was predeceased by her sister, Margaret F. Premo (Philip) Mulvey, and her brothers, Alfred J. Premo, Bernard W. Premo, Mervyn A."Buck"(Marion) Premo, and infant Leon Premo.   

Surviving are two nephews, Patrick M.(Kathleen) Premo of Allegany, NY, and Dale J. (Doreen) Premo of Orrtanna, PA, as well as four great nieces and nephews, Maureen N. Premo of Arlington, VA, Eileen C. Premo of Los Angeles, CA, Daniel P. Premo of Atlanta, GA,  and Michael H. Premo of Gaithersburg, MD.  

At Ms. Premo's request, there will be no visitation.  Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice.
