KISSIMMEE - Karen Louise Reed of Kissimmee, Florida died Wednesday, April 21, 2010, in Haines City, Florida. She was 61.

Karen was born on November 21, 1948 in Lockport, New York to James and Mary Burns Sturtevant and moved to the area in 2001 from Norfolk, Virginia. She was a homemaker but also worked at Disney's All Star Sports Food Court, she was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus Auxillary.

Karen is predeceased by her father and sister, Linda Sturtevant and is survived by her husband, Willis Earl Reed; mother, Mary Sturtevant; sons, Daniel John Reed, Sean David Reed; daughter, Stacey Marie Reed; brother, Paul Sturtevant; sisters, Lois Lion, Kim Demasi and five grandchildren.

A Mass will be held on Friday, April 23, 2010 at 6:00 P.M. at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Kissimmee, Florida with Father Longin Buhake officiating.
