WINTER HAVEN – Mark Alan Russell, 40, of Winter Haven, died Friday, July 31, 2009 at his residence, cause of death is pending medical examiners study.

Born July 1, 1969 in Sarasota, FL to Jon T and Katherine Van Norren Russell, he moved to Winter Haven in 1997. He was the Owner and Operator of a GNC store in the area. Mark loved boating, fishing, snow skiing and being with his friends.  If it was dangerous and a thrill he was for it. 

Mark is survived by his wife of 6 years, Becky; a son, Collin Russell; his parents;  and a brother, Brian Russell of Sarasota. 

A gathering of friends will be  from 4:00pm till 6:00pm, Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2009 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, 2425 Havendale Blvd., Winter Haven.   In lieu of flowers a Memorial account has been set up for Mark A.
