Haines City, Florida – Lucile R. Cook, 86, of Haines City, FL died of cancer on August 12, 2009 in Auburndale, FL. 

Born on December 13, 1922, in Jackson County, FL to Ernest Robinson and Mamie Helms Robinson, she moved to this area in 1946 from Bascom, FL.  She retired from Haines City C.G.A. after 34 years.  She loved to quilt.  She was a member of Eastside Baptist Church in Haines City for 46 years and loved her church family. 

She was preceded in death by her husband Travis J. Cook, her parents, and brother, Lawrence Robinson.  Survivors include son, T. Wayne (Marcella) Cook of Marble, NC; daughter, Louetta (Ron) Price of Lehigh Acres, FL; four grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
