WINTER HAVEN - Ada Mae Bruner, 98, of Winter Haven, FL died Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2009 at the Spring Lake Nursing Center.

Born June 17, 1911 in St. Paul, MN she has been a resident of the area since 1993, having moved here from Tillamook, OR.  She was a registered nurse, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Portland, OR and was of the Presbyterian Faith.

She was preceded in death by: her husband of 54 years, Vernon Bruner; a brother, and 2 sisters.

She is survived by 2 sons, Robert Bruner of Winter Haven and Alvin Bruner of Portland, OR; 9 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00am, Friday, Sept. 4, 2009 in the Oak Ridge Funeral Care Chapel. She will be laid to rest in Portland, Oregon at Skyline Memorial Gardens next to her husband.  Condolences may be sent to www.oakridgefuneralcare.com
