LAKELAND - Phyllis Joyce Sheffield, age 80  of Lakeland, Florida passed away Sunday (9/6/09) at Good Shepherd at Palm Terrace in  Lakeland, Fl.

Mrs. Sheffield was born July 1, 1929 in Waycross, Ga and grew up and lived in Davenport,  Fl most of her life till moving to Lakeland two years ago. She was a homemaker and a non-denominational Christian.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dwinson Bryant Sheffield in 1998.

Survivors: Husband,  Pastor Raymond A. Greagrey, Lakeland, Fl; Daughters, Rebecca Sheffield, Lakeland and Leslie Sheffield, Lakeland; 2 grandsons Harold (Shelley) Edwards and Gregory Alexander Manautou; 8 great grandchildren and 1 great-great Grandchild.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date with interment at Evergreen Cemetery,  Davenport, Florida.
