DAVENPORT – Luis Antonio Moreno, 62, of Davenport, FL died Friday, October 23, 2009 at his residence due to cancer.
Born July 6, 1947 in Ponce, Puerto Rico he moved to Davenport 10 years ago from Kissimmee. He was the owner of a Limousine Service and a Veteran of the Vietnam War while serving in the U.S. Air Force.
Luis is survived by: his wife of 39 years, Sonia; 2 sons, Sean Moreno of Kissimmee and Jason Moreno of Davenport; a brother, Mario Moreno; a sister, Elsa Moreno ; and 6 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 5:00pm till 7:00pm, Monday, October 26, 2009 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, 1001 Grace Avenue, Haines City. Funeral Services will be at 10:00am, Tuesday, October 27, 2009 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Tony Diaz officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Davenport, FL.
