WINTER HAVEN, FLORIDA  -  Francis G. "Frank" Goodwin of Winter Haven, Florida  passed away on October  8,  2009 at Winter Haven Hospital, in Winter Haven, Florida.  He was 64.

Born on August 4, 1945, to Wilson Goodwin and Martha Franciscus Goodwin, in Reading, Pennsylvania, he moved to this area 6 years ago.  He was a veteran of the United States Army and loved Street Rods. He was a retired Teamster, working for Yellow Freight, in Pennsylvania, and more recently for Walmart Distribution Center, in Winter Haven, Florida.  He restored and refurbished his '38 Chevy and '71 Mustang convertibles.

He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife of 44 years, Patricia "Pat" Wentzel Goodwin, of Winter Haven, Florida; son, William Robert Goodwin, daughter, Tracey Lynn Lindsey of Apopka, Florida; brother, Richard Goodwin, of Pennsylvania, sister, Linda Sweitzer, of Pennsylvania and Grandchildren, Dylan Goodwin, Scott Goodwin and Luke Lindsey.
