PHOENIX, AZ - John Dewayne Dunn, 46, of Phoenix, AZ died Friday, September 25, 2009 in Palo Pinto, TX due to a traffic accident.
Born March 12, 1963 in Birmingham, AL , he moved to Phoenix 2 years ago from Winter Haven. He was a graduate of Auburndale High School Class of 82’. He was a truck Driver for Swift Trucking and attended the Phoenix First Assembly of God.
Preceded in death by his father, Coy Lee Dunn, John is survived by: a son, Jerod Dunn of Winter Haven; his mother, Julia Ives and his step-father Paul of Anthony, NM; and a brother, David Dunn of Auburndale.
The family will receive friends from 10:00am till 11:00am, Saturday, October 3, 2009 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, 2425 Havendale Blvd., Winter Haven. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00am in the Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Frank Hawley officiating. Interment will follow at Auburndale Memorial Park.
