DAVENPORT - Jeffrey Alan Barnett, 32, of Davenport, FL, passed away on October 9, 2009 in Haines City, FL due to heat stroke.  

He was born May 2, 1977 in Haines City and has been a life long resident of the area. Jeffrey was a self-employed dry wall installer who loved to go hog hunting and taking his boys fishing or to play ball.

He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline D. Barnett; mother, Effie Barnett of Davenport; sons, Drake Lee Barnett and Trenton Alan Barnett both of Davenport; brothers, Adam Hasting, Bobby Joe Hasting, Mark Hasting, all of Davenport and Thomas Barnett of Babson Park, FL; sister, Sandra Rouse of Polk City. 

A visitation will be Wednesday from 5-7 pm at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City, FL with the funeral to be Thursday, 10/15/09 at 11 am at the funeral home. Condolences may be sent via www.oakridgefuneralcare.com
