WINTER HAVEN - Lenora M. Witty, 90, of Winter Haven, FL died Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009 at her residence at Spring Haven Retirement Community due to heart failure. 

Born Aug. 29, 1919 in Chicago, IL she moved to Haines City, FL in 1983 and was a resident at Jennings Fish Camp for many years before moving into Spring Haven in 2005.  She was a homemaker and member of the Lake Hamilton Presbyterian Church.

Preceded in death by her husband Bob Witty in 1993, she is survived by a son, Jack Witty and his wife Sandee of Perry, FL ; a daughter, Joy Van Plew and her husband Scott of Auburndale, FL; 2 grandchildren and 3 great granddaughters.

The family will receive friends from 12:30pm till 1:00pm, Monday, November 23, 2009 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Winter Haven.  A Memorial Service will begin at 1:00pm with Pastor Mark Nelson officiating. Condolences may be sent at www.oakridgefuneralcare.com.
