HAINES CITY - Freddie "Neal" Gill, age79 of Haines City, Fl. passed away Friday (11/20) at the Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center from respiratory failure.

Mr. Gill was born April 8, 1930 in Foley, Alabama the son of Parmer and Thenia (Beasley) Gill. He moved here in 1946 from Foley, Ala. and retired as a maintenance supervisor, with 44 years of service at Lykes Pasco Citrus in Lake Hamilton, Fl. He was a member of Church of Christ, Haines City, and a past member of the Moose Lodge in Winter Haven. He served his country as a Army Veteran of the Korean War.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.  He is survived by his wife Mary Ellen Gill, to whom he had been married for 58 years; sister, Frances Gill Faulk of Highland Home, Ala and a lot of nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be from5 to 7 PM. Monday (11/23) at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City, Fl.  Services will be 11AM. Tues at the Church of Christ, Haines City. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
