WINTER HAVEN, FL - Manuel A. Espaillat of Winter Haven passed away Sunday, June 28, 2009 at the Winter Haven Hospital.  He ws 82. 

A native of the Dominican republic, born December 9, 1926, Manuel moved here 14 years ago from Boston, MA.  He was a retired janitor, and he was a Catholic. 

He is survived by his sons:  Benny, Tobias, and Manuel Espaillat, all of Plantation, FL; his daughter:  Celia Espaillot of Winter Haven; his sister:  Ana Espaillat of MA; and he has 14 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. 

Visitation will be Tuesday from 1 to 2 PM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven.  Graveside services will follow at 2:30 PM at Rolling Hills Cemetery.
