AUBURNDALE  -  Dixie Mae White Sampson, 90, of Auburndale, Fl  died Wednesday, July 08, 2009 at the Auburndale Oaks Nursing Home due to  heart failure.

Born November 11, 1918 in Pansy, Alabama she has lived in the area for most of her life, having moved here as a child.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Winter Haven. 

Mrs. Sampson is survived by 2 sons, John W. White and Donald C. White; 4 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 10:00am till 11:00 am Saturday, July 11, 2009 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, 2425 Havendale Boulevard, Winter Haven.  Funeral Services will be at 11:00 am in the Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow at Lake Wales Cemetery.
