WINTER HAVEN - Robert E. "Robbie" Moore of Winter Haven, Florida died July 27, 2009 at his residence due to cancer.  He was 65.

He was born on June 28, 1944, in Morehead, Kentucky and moved to this area in 1966.  He was a service manager for Moore International Trucks in Haines City for more than 30 years.  He liked to fish and enjoyed woodworking and he was a former member of the Moose Lodge, Winter Haven.

Preceded in death by his father, Ray Moore, he is survived by his wife of 30 years, Carol A. Wells Moore; mother, Jewell Moore of Highlands, NC; son, Darrell (Jennie) Moore of Haines City, FL; granddaughters, Kristin Corbin and Lacey Moore of Brandford, FL; Brothers Ronnie (Mary Lou) Moore and Mike (Lana) Moore of Davenport, FL; sister, Mary Kay Moore of Highlands, N.C.

Visitation will be Wednesday; 7/29/09 from 5-7 pm at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City and a funeral will be Thursday at 11 am at the funeral home.
