WINTER HAVEN -  Gwen Etheridge, 48, of Winter Haven, died Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at Winter Haven Hospital due to heart failure. 

Born February 1, 1960 in Winter Haven, she has been a lifelong resident of the area.  She had worked as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor and was of the Church of God Faith.   

She is preceded in death by her mother Yvonne Roberson and survived by:  her husband, Jim "Booty" Etheridge; two brothers, Allen "Bubba" Gore of Winter Haven and Johnny Keath of of Winter Haven; a sister, Glenda Keath of Winter Haven; an uncle, David Holliday of Winter Haven; and two aunts, Vonell Snyder of Haines City and Gaynell Bradberry of Winter Haven. 

The family will receive friends from 2:00pm till 5:00pm, Sunday, January 11, 2009 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, 2425 Havendale Blvd., Winter Haven.
