WINTER HAVEN - Billie Wynn, 68, of Winter Haven, FL died, Sunday, Feb. 15, 2009 at Winter Haven Hospital due to heart failure. 

Born March 9, 1940 in Ocoee, FL to Roy and Eutha Bell Allen Wynn, he has been a lifelong resident of the area.  He was a pipe fitter for Shell Oil Co. for a number of years  and retired from Lee’s Furniture Store.  Billie was also a veteran of the U.S. Army and  was of the Christian Faith.   

Preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Elmer Wynn.  He is survived by: a son, William Gregory Wynn of Winter Haven; 2 daughters, Sonia Woolfenden and Crystal Nelson of Orlando; a brother, Jack Wynn; 2 sisters, Omergeane Carter and Idell Munson; 5 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. 

The family will receive friends from 10:00am till 11:00am, Wed., Feb. 18, 2009 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, 2425 Havendale Blvd., Winter Haven.  Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am in the Funeral home Chapel.  Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery.
