Davenport - Izelle B. Clements, 86, was born on June 7, 1922 in Grove Oak, Alabama. She went to be with the Lord on February 2, 2009 at her home in Davenport due to congestive heart failure.
She was an Eastern Star member. She was of the Baptist faith. She was a loving wife, devoted mother and beloved grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Loyd C. Clements.
She is survived by her daughter, Betty (Dale) Cowart of Davenport; her sons, Larry (Sue) Clements of Davenport, Charles (Sharon) Clements of Davenport, Rodney (Coralu) Clements of Alachua, and Gary (Debbie) Clements of Okeechobee, and one sister, Lola Ayers of Florence, Alabama. She had 15 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday 02/04/09 from 5-7 p.m. at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City.
