LAKE WALES- Jimmy P. Justice age 59 of Lakes Wales passed away Wednesday (12/09/09) from an accident.

 Mr. Justice was born Feb. 17, 1950 in Boaz, Alabama, the son of Aubrey Hoyt and Daisy Bell (Pruit) Justice. He moved to this area in 1952 from Boaz, Ala. and was a heavy equipment operator for Polk County Road Maintenance Department. Mr. Justice had served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War.  

He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 Sisters; Louise Beasley, Shirley Gilmore and a Brother Calvin Lee Justice. His survived by his loving Wife of 35 years; Micheline (Filion) Justice of Lake Wales; 2 Brothers ; Willie A.  (Marie) Justice of Glencoe, Ala. Charles “C.J. “ (Linda) Justice of Haines City. Sister, Janice J. (Kenneth) Smith of Haines City. Sister–In-Laws, Mrs. Huguette Vielleneuve, Jr. Mrs. Madeleine (Arthur) Brosseau, Miss,Denise Filion,Brother Mr.Jean-Marc (Linda) Filion, Niece Mrs. Brigitte (Peter) Trottier, Great Nieces Miss.Claudia and Sandrine Trottier
