TAMPA, FL - Timothy George Ford, 47, of Tampa died Sunday, March 29, 2009 at University Community Hospital in Tampa, due to Cancer. 

Born February 7, 1962 in Waverly, FL to Iva and Emma Bivins Ford, he moved to Tampa 20 years ago from Winter Haven and was an Accountant for Robbins Manufacturing Co.   

Timothy is survived by:  his parents, Iva and Emma Ford of Waverly; a son, Jeremy Timothy Ford of Tampa; 2 brothers, Iva Lee Ford, Jr. and Ronnie Andrew Ford , both of Waverly; 3 sisters, Mary Ford Belgrave of Winter Haven, Peggy Ford Harris of Lakeland, and Christina Ford of Jacksonville, FL; a special nephew, Eric Ford of Winter Haven; his best friend of 25 years, Errol Straker;  and several nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5:00pm till 7:00pm, Friday, April 3, 2009 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, 2425 Havendale Blvd., Winter Haven.  Funeral Services will be at 11:00am, Saturday, April 4, 2009 in the Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow at Rolling Hills Cemetery in Winter Haven.  Condolences may be sent to the family at www.oakridgefuneralcare.com.
