HAINES CITY - Shirley F. Rachel, age 63 of Haines City, Fl passed away Thursday,  at her residence from heart failure.

Mrs. Rachel was born April 17, 1945 in Ozark, Alabama and moved to Haines City in 1954 from Ala. She was a homemaker and a member of Westside Baptist Church, Haines City and Order of Eastern Star, Chapter 68 of Haines City. 

She is survived by her Husband, James E. Rachel, Haines City, Son James E. Rachel, Jr. and wife Trish of Cape Coral, Fl. Two Daughters, Shirline Schmitt and husband Thomas of Kissimmee, Florida. Crystal Pack and Husband Danny of La Belle, Florida. Brother Walker Thomas of Haines City, Two Sisters; Alice Clifford of  Orlando and Pat Liford of Haines City, 7 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
