DAVENPORT - Robert Eugene Drumm,Sr. of Davenport, Florida passed away Saturday (11/22/08) at his residence.
Mr. Drumm was born on November 29, 1925 in New Lexington, Ohio, the son of John and Mildred (Riffle) Drumm and moved to Davenport, Florida in 1999 from Apache Junction, Arizona. He was of the Presbyterian faith and served his country as Navy veteran of WW II and the Korean War. He was an industrial electrician and had worked all over the world. Mr. Drumm had attended Ohio University, Salt City Business College and the Chamberland Real Estate School. He was also a member the Hamilton Masonic Blue Lodge, 32nd. Degree Scottish Rite Mason and a member of the White Shrine all in California. He was also a member of the American Legion, the America Eagles and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
He is survived by his wife Lois of 56 years. son, Robert Drumm, Jr. of San Diego, California, two, Daughters; Patricia Gann of Davenport, Florida and Stephanie Mitchell of Colorado, twelve grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held in the home of Mr. Drumm at a later date.
