Lake Wales – Frances E. Alloway, 80, of Lake Wales, FL  died Friday, November 21, 2008 at the Good Shepherd Hospice Residence Center in Auburndale, Fl due to cancer.

Born November 23, 1927 to Francis and Ida Willis Kelley in Jacksonville, FL she has been a resident of the area for 3 years, having moved here from Stafford, VA.  She was a member of the Stafford Baptist Church and was retired from Barnett Bank having worked there as a transit supervisor.

Preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Robert B. Alloway, she is survived by two daughters, Madeline T. Kockler of Lake Wales, FL and Barbara A. Tittle of Winter Haven, FL; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1:30pm till 2:00pm, Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, 2425 Havendale Blvd., Winter Haven.  Funeral Services will begin at 2:00pm with Rev. Kyle Kockler officiating.  Interment will take place at Quantico National Cemetery, Quantico, VA.
