DUNDEE - Margaret A. (Kuenzi) Kampsen, 68, of Dundee, FL passed away Sat. November 15, 2008 at her residence after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.

She was born in Bern, KS on December 24, 1939 to Charles and Lula Kuenzi and moved to Florida in 1986 after retiring from Southwestern Bell Telephone Co.  Margaret served in both the Kansas and Florida National Guard for 25 years and is a Desert Storm Veteran. She was chairperson of the Historic Dundee Depot Committee and devoted her time and her talents to the town of Dundee.

Margaret is survived by her husband, Bob of Dundee; step children, Kristina, Kassandra and Patrick Kampsen all of Topeka, KS; 9 step grandchildren; 3 Florida grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her parents, and bothers, Charles "Chuck" Kuenzi of Bern, KS and Gary Kuenzi of Topeka, KS.

She will be cremated at her request and her remains will be buried next to her grandparents and uncles on Saturday November 22, 2008 at 11 am at Forest Hill Cemetery of Haines City, FL.
