DAVENPORT - Clif Isaacs, 66, of Davenport, FL, died Saturday, March 1, 2008, at Champion’s Gate, FL. due to heart failure.
He was born July 14, 1941 in Dayton, OH, and moved to Davenport permanently 3 years ago from Virginia. Clif was a retired Ohio State Patrol Sergeant and has been working at Champion’s Gate Golf Course in the maintenance department. He loved golf and fishing.
Clif is survived by his wife, of 47 years, Betty Isaacs of Davenport; children, Judy and her husband Tom Boggs of Ravenna, OH, Todd and his wife Barbara Isaacs of Davenport, FL, John and his wife Andrea Isaacs of Ravenna, OH; sisters, Mildred Bechtol of San Marcus, TX, Rosella Owens of Kentucky; brother, George "Billy" Isaacs of Washington Courthouse, OH; and 5 grandchildren.
