Michael Heath Dixon DUNDEE - Michael Heath Dixon of Dundee, Florida passed away Friday, March 21, 2008 at the Good Shepherd Hospice Residents Center in Auburndale. He was 36 years old.
A native a Winter Haven, FL born January 4, 1972, Michael has been a lifelong resident of the area. He was a claims adjuster for State Farm Insurance, a member of the Dundee Baptist Church, but attended St. Matthew Catholic Church also. Michael was a T-Ball coach in Dundee, was a past Cub Scout Leader, loved his family, and he also loved to hunt and fish.
Michael is survived by his wife of 13 years Shirley A. Dixon; his sons: John Michael Dixon and William Lee Dixon, and his daughter: Rebecca Lynn Dixon, all at home.
He is also survived by his parents: R.J. and Gail Dixon of Dundee, FL; his brother Brian Dixon of San Francisco, CA, his sister: Tammy Fawcett of Lake Alfred, FL, and his Maternal Grandmother: Adell McDougald.
Visitation will be held at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven from 11AM to 1:00 PM. Tuesday, March 25, 2008. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM from the funeral home chapel. Interment will be at Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens in Auburndale.
