HAINES CITY -- Ramona H. Floyd, passed away Monday March 17, 2008, in Haines City, Florida. She was 77.
Ramona was born on November 27, 1930 in Horry County, South Carolina to R. Pearlie and E. Gracie Hardee. She was a homemaker and a member of Eastside Baptist Church, Haines City, she loved to sew and to fish.
Ramona is predeceased by her parents; husbands, W.C. Floyd, E. Ray Winn; daughter, Sharon Barfield; brothers, Douglas M. Hardee, W. Dan Hardee; and sister K. Louise H. Baxley. She is survived by her brothers Carl R. Hardeeand Dennis "Bo" Hardee both of Mullins, South Carolina, Harl P. "Bud" Hardee and J. Wayne Hardee both of Marion, South Carolina, wilbert H. Hardee of Fork, South Carolina, R. Roland Hardee of Haines City; sisters, Mrs Thurman Rabon (MayBell) of Mullins, Mrs. John Williamson (Doris) and Mrs H.B. Hucks (Ladosca) both of Gallivants Ferry, South Carolina, Mrs. Fred Barnhill (Judy) of Marion and Dale Alford of Fork; daughters, Mrs George (Gwen) Parrish of Alabama, Mrs. Bobby (Mary Jane) Tillmans of Lakeland, Florida; forty nieces and nephews and eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 19, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City, FL and services will follow at 11:00 AM. at Forest Hill Cemetery, Haines City, Florida with Pastor Jim Lyle officiating.
