WINTER HAVEN - Vestell "Nanny" Heath, 86, of Winter Haven, FL died Sunday, March 9, 2008 at the Good Shepherd Hospice Resident Center in Auburndale due to respiratory failure.

Born June 26, 1921 in Ocoee, FL she has lived here since 1949 after moving from Alabama.  She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Lake Alfred.   

Preceded in death by her husband Clifford Heath, her survivors include:  a son Roger L. Heath of Kennesaw, GA; four daughters, Betty H. Edwards of Wahneta, FL, Dolores Ann Williams of Lakeland, FL, Sheilan Runnels of Lake Alfred, FL and Lena Reimer of Lake Alfred, FL; 3 brothers, Henry Voss of Lakeland, Donald Voss of Orlando and Robert T. Voss of Fannettsburg, PA; 18 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. 

The family will receive friends from 5:00pm  till 7:00pm Wednesday, at the First Baptist Church of Lake Alfred. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00pm Thursday, March 13, 2008 in the Church with Dr. Rocky Branch and Rev. Mike Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Auburndale Memorial Park.
