WINTER HAVEN - Lawrence "Larry" O'Connor, age 68, of Winter Haven, Fl. passed away Monday (6/16/08) at his residence from respiratory failure.

Mr. O'Connor was born Jan. 10, 1940 in Washington, DC. He was a former partner in A-Plus Air-conditioning & Heating Co. in Maryland before moving to Winter Haven in 1993 and was a member of First Baptist Church of Lucerne Park, Winter Haven.

Survivors include his wife Betty M. O'Connor, son, Mike O'Connor of Royal Palm Beach, Fla., two brothers Tim and Ronald O'Connor, sister Pat Bamford, all of Maryland, grandson "JR" O'Connor of Royal Palm Beach.

Friends may call from 5 to 7 PM. Wednesday at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City and from 10AM. Thursday till services at 11AM at First Baptist Church of Lucerne Park, Winter Haven, Fl. Interment to follow at Rolling Hills Cemetery.
