WINTER HAVEN - Crystal Marie Slade, 23, of Winter Haven, FL died at her fathers residence in Auburndale Saturday, June 7, 2008 as a result of complications of Cerebral Palsy.

Born June 7, 2008 in Kalamazoo, MI she has been a resident of Winter Haven for the last 12 years.

The family will receive friends from 5:00pm till 7:00pm, Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, 2425 Havendale Blvd.  Funeral Services will be held at 10:00am, Wednesday, June 11, 2008 in the Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Charles Harkala officiating.
