HAINES CITY - Justin Thomas Bowen, age 19, of Haines City, Florida passed away Saturday (June 7, 2008) in Lake Wales, Fl. Born in Winter Haven, Florida on December 9, 1988 and a life long resident of Haines City.  He was a graduate of Haines City High School and Ridge Vo Tech Center. Justin was a pipe welder for the CCC Group in Bartow, Florida.
