AUBURNDALE - Dominic Joseph Donato, 50, of Auburndale, FL died Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center due to complications of A.L.S. (Lou Gehrigs Disease).

Born September 23, 1957 to Dominic and Barbara Donato in Pittsburgh, PA he moved to Florida 20 years ago.  He was a warehouse supervisor and was of the Catholic Faith. Dominic loved to be outdoors and  loved fishing and watching football.

Preceded in death by his father, he is survived by: his wife of eleven years, Phyllis Donato; his mother, Barbara Donato; three step-sons, Eric and Justin Rautenstrauch of Auburndale, FL and Jeremy Rautenstrauch of St. Pauls, NC; two sisters, Judy Donato of Verona, PA and Susan Sabolic of  Pittsburgh, PA; and four grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 2:00pm till 3:00pm, Saturday, August 2, 2008 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, 2425 Havendale Blvd., NW, Winter Haven, Fl.
