AUBURNDALE, FLORIDA- Lil' Joe Jenkins of Auburndale, FL passed away Monday, July 21, 2008 at home from pancreatic cancer.  He was 75 years old. 

A native of Cookeville, TN, born September 19, 1932, Joe moved here 40 years ago from Cookeville.  He was a retired truck driver for Minute Maid / Coca Cola, a fifty year member of the Grand Lodge F & AM of Tennessee; and a member of the Berea Baptist Church of Auburndale. 

Joe was preceded in death by his brother Conway Jenkins.  He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years:  Theresa Jenkins of Auburndale; his children:  Marsha Baldwin, Beverly Phillips, Marilyn Roberts, and Clarisa Kinnard, all of Cookeville, TN, Vicky Qualls of Sparta, TN, his step-children:  Tony & Terry Hobbs of Winter Haven, and Debbie Eldridge of Athens, TN.  Joe also has a brother Ray Jenkins of Shreveport, LA; 19 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and several great-great- grandchildren. 

Visitation will be held Wednesday from 6 to 8 PM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven.  Funeral services will be Thursday, 11:00 AM at the funeral home chapel.  Internment will follow at Auburndale Memorial Park.
