EAGLE LAKE - Otis E. Grubbs, 96, died Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at Winter Haven Hospital due to natural causes.

Born October 28, 1911 in Enon, FL he served in the U.S. Army Air Corps in WW II.  He retired from Brookley Air Base in Mobile, AL in 1965.  For the past 25 years, he has lived in Eagle Lake. 

He is preceded in death by: his wife, Olene Grubbs; 7 sisters; and 5 brothers and survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services will be held at 11:00am, Friday, July 18, 2008 at the First Baptist Church of Eagle Lake.
