HAINES CITY - Maggie Lee Dobbins Smith, age 97 of Haines City, Florida  passed away Tuesday at Haines City Health Care. She was born June 6, 1910 in Wynne, Arkansas and moved here in 1955 from Wynne, Ark. She was a homemaker and a member of the Haines City Church of God, Haines City.
