WINTER HAVEN - Myrtice McDuffie, 97, of Winter Haven died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2008 at her residence due to heart failure.

 Born November 5, 1910 in Madison, Florida  she moved to Winter Haven in 2001 after spending fifty years of her life in Dallas, TX where she worked as an L.P.N..  She was a member of the Bethel Church of God in Bartow. 

 She is survived by: 2 brothers, Julius Franklin of Winter Haven, FL and Henry Franklin of Ft. Myers, FL ; and a sister, Ruth Hagan of Arcadia, FL; and several nieces and nephews.

 The family will receive friends from 3:00pm till 5:00pm, Sunday, February 24, 2008 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, 2425 Havendale Blvd., Winter Haven.  Funeral Services will be held at 10:00am, Monday, February 25, 2008 in the Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Arcadia, FL.
