HAINES CITY, Florida - Ms. Nona McGhee of Haines City passed away on December 23, 2008 at the Life Care Center of Winter Haven, Florida. She was 69.

Born to George Sutton and Myrtice Dupree on February 20, 1939 in Avon Park, Florida, she was a life long resident of Haines City. She worked for Haines City C.G.A. for three years and Orange Co. for twenty two. She was Baptist by faith and loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Nona is survived daughters Brenda Deal and husband Daniel of Eagle Lake, Florida and Linda McGhee of Haines City, Florida; sons Bo McGhee and wife Robin of Uriah, Alabama and Delbert McGhee and wife Paula of Auburndale, Florida; eight grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at 10AM followed by funeral services at 11AM, Saturday, December 27, 2008 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Haines City. Pastor Joe Kennedy will officiate. Final resting place will be Forest Hill Cemetery in Haines City.
