HAINES CITY - Irene Elizabeth Wasko, 86, of Haines City, FL, died December 10, 2008, in Auburndale, FL due to heart failure.   She was born 7/4/22 in Duquesne, PA and lived there for 75 years before moving here. Irene was a homemaker and a member of Lamb of God Lutheran Church of Haines City.   She is predeceased by her husband, John “Bunny” Wasko, 3 brothers and a sister. She is survived by her daughter, Gloria (William) Ripper of Davenport, FL; grandson Bill (Aimee) Ripper II of McMurray, PA; great grandchildren Brandon and Brooke Ripper; brother, Edward Basista and Sister, Ann Teitel.   Visitation will be Saturday 12/13/08 from 12 -1 p.m. at Lamb of God Lutheran Church, Haines City with funeral services to follow at 1 p.m.   Memorial donations may be made to Lamb of God Lutheran Church901 Scenic Hwy.
