DAVENPORT - Gary Donald Hill, age 64 of Davenport, Fl. passed away Wed (12/10/08) at Good Shepherd Hospice, Auburndale, from cardio respiratory failure.   He was born May 26, 1944 in East Cleveland, Ohio and moved to Davenport from Maitland, Fl in 1958. He was a retired truck driver and a member of  Freewill Baptist Church, Haines City. Mr. Hill had also served in the US. National Guard.    He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Rosemary Dee (Fitzworth) Hill, Brother John Hill, and Sister Kathy Scott   Mr. Hill is survived  by  his wife Catherine (Lewis) Hill, who he married on Dec. 14, 1963 in Statonville, Ga. Mr. Hill is also survived his Daughters, Ronda Hill Gibson and Mandy Hill Arthur, both of Davenport; Brother Jim Hill of Tennessee, 3 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.   Memorial services will be 4:00 PM.
